Features Of Mobile Communication Interface

  • Integrated Capabilities

Status codes are sent by driver without a phone call to keep load information updated in the system, eliminating check calls

Processing of an empty status update by the driver through the mobile comm unit allows the driver to automatically receive all the information of the driver's next load that was pre-planned including, but not limitted to, instructions for the new load and/or directions to next pickup.

Driver advances can also be automated based on information setup per company policy.

Driver logs can be automated showing exact time driving, resting, or out of service.  Exact vehicle locations per satellite GPS position readings are included in driver check-call information.

Drivers and dispatchers can easily exchange messages between TransFreight Management System and the Mobile Communication device.

  • Processing

Module allows handling different Mobile Communication Device providers at the same time.
Messages are sent, received and viewed through one Interface Screen allowing dispatchers to complete their task without the need of tracking who the provider is.

Provides processing of Hour of Service, showing  the driver's current status to track driving hours and avoiding violations.

Provides sending Hour of Service logs through e-mail.

  • Partnership/Interfaces
