The Dispatch
function is an integral segment of the Operations environment. Within
this real-time application, it provides information for decision-makers
to keep track of all the key factors that impact the productivity and
revenues in all aspects of operations.

Equipment
& Driver Tracking

Dispatch has real-time
access to information on

Driver Check
Calls
• Each contact with driver is logged with current time,
date and
location.

Failure code can be issued by dispatcher for missing
pickup or delivery
times and/or other
company
violations.
• Making check calls includes recording additional pay,
advances,
purchase orders; verifying
pieces, weight,
and Bill of Lading numbers, pallet tracking, and
recording OS&D.

Waiting messages are given to driver and logged by
dispatcher with date
and time given.
• Allows for accurate inventory on pallets, which tracks
movements
into and out of customers
