Equipment Maintenance

The Equipment Maintenance System is a management and controls function which tracks and reports equipment that is approaching or due for a scheduled level of maintenance service.

User-defined PM levels - Unlimited levels for each class of equipment

Codes used in the work order include how often the maintenance is done (days, miles, hours) and when to notify that preventative maintenance is to be done (days, miles, hours).

Parts inventory

• search by part #, name, or vendor name
• part status
• multi-level price levels
• re-order alerts for low part levels
• handles multiple shop locations


Tire inventory processing

• records serial and or brand numbers
• repairs and tread wear tracked
• retread tracked until failure or sell of carcass
• mileage analysis on all new and retread tires
