license and permit costs, and their assignment to respective vehicles.

Record Keeping
• Purchase of license and permits are stored with appropriate
accounting information
• Maintains inventory records per vehicle assignment
• Accounting records are created automatically by type of
permit or license and by ownership of vehicle
• Amortizes cost of the permits and licenses to limit impact of
monthly expenses
Reporting
• Listing of licenses and permits due to expire by user defined
date period
• Listing of vehicles with inventory of licenses and permits by
state or by unit
• Appropriate journal entries created
